'The Nightmare Before Christmas' is available for streaming on Disney+
If you're looking for something to get you in the Halloween spirit, there's nothing quite like The Nightmare Before Christmas, a movie which puts viewers in a Halloween-inspired town.
This film features stop motion animation, music by Danny Elfman, and a story by Tim Burton. Thanks to a partnership with Disney, The Nightmare Before Christmas is available on its streaming platform.
If you don't have a subscription to Disney+, you're out of luck. This movie is not available for streaming on Netflix or Hulu. It is, however, available for purchase digitally on Amazon.
'The Nightmare Before Christmas' tells the story of one Halloween-centered town
With iconic songs like "This is Halloween," "Making Christmas," and "Jack's Lament," Nightmare Before Christmas places itself in a unique position, featuring elements of two holidays.
The character in the middle of it all, "Pumpkin King" Jack Skellington, changes his whole perspective after stumbling upon "Christmastown."
After trying to create his own version of Christmas, with himself as Santa "Claws," Jack realizes his true place as a leader and his role in helping Halloweentown be spooktacular on its own. That includes listening to Sally and getting rid of that no good Oogie Boogie.
